For 30 years, the Cité des Congrès has been the lungs of Nantes' reunions. Young and old alike love to go there to discover their favourite artist, a new show by a troupe of dancers and to enjoy sweet moments together.

Much more than an architectural project, it is above all a monument that is easy to access.

Indeed, it is located near the Nantes train station. The tramway and bus also pass close by. The large auditorium, where most of the shows take place, has 2,000 seats in accordance with the principles of Italian-style theatres.

 

A 2023 programme worthy of the place

Every year, the actors of the Cité des Congrès do their utmost to satisfy its faithful public.

They meticulously choose each artist and each show to make the audience forget everyday life for a moment.

In March 2023, more than ten concerts are planned with, among others, Christophe WILLEM, Daniel GUICHARD and La Promesse Brel! On the comedy side, Thomas VDB and Laura LAUNE will be treading the squares of the Cité.

April 2023 will be a classical month with performances of Swan Lake and Shen Yun. The theatre will present Manu PAYET's new show, while Véronique SANSON will return to sing in front of her audience. The Nantes marathon will take place from 21 to 23 April.

In May, the stage of the Cité des Congrès will welcome artists such as Arnaud DUCRET (humour), the Jamel Comedy Club (humour) or the singer Renaud.
