A new mural paint in the hotel!
The Best Western Graslin, located in the centre of Nantes, was lucky enough to be able to call upon the association Plus De Couleurs to complete the contemporary and warm decoration of the hotel.
The decoration of our hotel in the centre of Nantes is inspired by the famous novels of Jules Verne. Each floor takes our guests on a journey through one of the author's stories. It is these stories and this concept that the artists of the Nantes collective have transcribed on the walls bordering the staircase of our hotel. The fresco covers the 5 floors of the hotel and introduces the stories of the famous Nantes writer.
Nantes being a city where art has a very important place in the culture, we decided to work with local artists for the creation of our new fresco. For the realization of this work we called upon the association Plus de Couleurs, a local association whose objective is to democratize urban art and its various practices. It advocates values such as gathering, openness to art and diversity. The association works in collaboration with the educational field and sets up numerous actions in order to transmit a positive and creative culture. To learn more, visit plusdecouleurs.com.
