In the footsteps of Jules Verne childhood
Let yourself be guided on a journey in the footsteps of Jules Verne in Nantes, the city where he was born on February 8, 1828, and where he spent his youth.
Nantes, The Loire and Jules Verne
Nantes, the islands and the Loire, are the cradle of the work of Jules Verne. Nantes was the source of the dream and inspiration of the Extraordinary Voyages. The hustle and bustle of the Quai de la Fosse, the call to elsewhere, the Jardin des Plantes and the exotic wealth of Nantes' plant heritage. All these elements have lastingly marked Jules Verne.
